Terms and Conditions – Small Host Pro
Welcome to Small Host Pro. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services, including web design, web development, domain registration assistance, and web hosting solutions. By accessing or purchasing any service through Small Host Pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
This document is designed to clearly communicate the responsibilities of both parties — Small Host Pro (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the client (referred to as “you,” “your,” or “customer”). It aims to ensure transparency in how our services are delivered, what you can expect, and what we expect from you in return.
Scope of Services
Small Host Pro offers a range of digital services including, but not limited to:
- Custom website design and development
- Managed web hosting services
- Website maintenance and updates
- Domain name registration assistance (via third-party partners)
- Basic SEO setup and performance optimization
- Client onboarding consultation
Each service package may have specific features, timelines, and limitations. These details are clearly outlined in your project agreement or service proposal. It is your responsibility to review this information before confirming your purchase.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Most projects require a full upfront payment or a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due upon final delivery. No work will begin until the required payment is received.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If your project involves custom development or design, and work has already begun, cancellation will not be eligible for a refund. For hosting services, recurring charges may apply, and you will be notified in advance of renewal periods.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and successful project completion, clients must provide:
- Accurate and complete information, including contact details and business content
- Timely access to accounts and assets (e.g., domain registrar, hosting, branding files)
- Prompt feedback and approvals during the project process
Failure to provide necessary information within agreed-upon timeframes may result in delays or rescheduling. We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of client response or missing content.
Service Usage and Limitations
Our hosting services are intended for legitimate business purposes only. You may not use our services for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to:
- Hosting malicious or copyrighted content without authorization
- Sending spam or unauthorized mass communications
- Engaging in illegal business practices
Violations of these usage terms may result in account suspension or termination without notice.
Data and Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. All personal and business information collected during the course of providing services will be used solely for project execution and service delivery. We do not share your information with third parties unless required to complete your service (e.g., domain registration) or comply with legal obligations.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless a backup service is explicitly included in their hosting package.
Support and Maintenance
We provide basic support for a limited time following project delivery (typically 14 to 30 days, depending on your package). Support includes bug fixes, minor adjustments, and technical troubleshooting directly related to the completed project.
Ongoing maintenance, additional edits, or new features will require a separate maintenance plan or hourly billing agreement.
Revisions and Changes
Each website package includes a limited number of revision rounds. Any additional revisions or scope changes beyond what is outlined in the original agreement will be billed separately. We will always inform you of any additional costs before proceeding.
Liability and Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Small Host Pro is not liable for:
- Losses due to user error, third-party service failures, or hacked accounts
- SEO rankings, traffic, or revenue losses due to website downtime or design changes
- Technical issues outside of our hosting environment (e.g., browser updates, plugin conflicts)
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Small Host Pro from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are made implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
